Yes our Core Athletica Pilates classes are great for beginners and beyond! We do recommend if you've never done Reformer Pilates before to choose our new client package that includes a private Pilates session. This is very beneficial because it allows you 1:1 time with one of our top notch instructors so you can ask any/all questions and begin to feel more familiar with the reformer.

Yes our Core Athletica Pilates classes are great during pregnancy BUT we ask that you choose our new client package that includes a private Pilates session. This is very beneficial because it allows you 1:1 time with one of our Certified Prenatal instructors so you can ask any/all questions and begin to feel more familiar with the reformer, and we can help teach you any modifications you may need to do during our classes. We also offer additional private Pilates sessions if you feel more comfortable doing more 1:1's before classes.

Yes we also offer intermediate classes but we encourage even those with previous reformer Pilates experience to attend our Core Athletica Pilates classes to learn our foundations. When you are feeling ready for the intermediate level just communicate that with one of our instructors and they will let you know if you are ready yet to add those classes in.
