Pilates Reformer + Tower Classes

Pilates Reformer + Tower classes are a great way to get a full-body workout. These classes use the Pilates reformer and tower equipment to help you stretch, strengthen and tone your muscles. The Reformer provides resistance and support to help you perform exercises with correct form and alignment. The Tower offers a variety of exercises to help you increase your flexibility and balance.

Pelvic Floor Workshops

Did you know that too much restriction of the pelvic floor many times is responsible for pelvic floor dysfunction, and other aches + pains in the body? That's right! Join my Pelvic Floor Workshops so you can learn how to properly strengthen + relax your pelvic floor & deep core muscles. Because peeing your pants does not need to be a "normal" part of your life. Understand how to properly exercise and strengthen your pelvic floor as well as how to prevent and begin improving pelvic floor dysfunction.

Prenatal Workshops

Prenatal Pilates Workshops are designed to help pregnant women stay fit and healthy during their pregnancy. These workshops provide a safe and supportive environment for expecting mothers to learn and practice Pilates exercises specifically tailored to their changing body. The workshops focus on strengthening the core, improving posture, and increasing flexibility, all of which can help reduce pregnancy-related aches and pains and prepare your body for giving birth + recovery postpartum.

Sauna Sessions + Detox Programs

We offer a variety of sauna sessions and detox programs to help you achieve optimal health and wellness. Our sauna sessions are designed to help you relax, detoxify, and improve your overall health. Our detox programs are designed to help you eliminate toxins from your body and improve your overall health. Whether you are looking to reduce stress, improve your skin, or just relax, we have a program for you.

Instructor Training

Learn from the leading Prenatal, Postnatal and Core Exercise Specialist! Owner of Core Athletica® Inc., creator of Knocked-Up Fitness® and The Core Rehab Programs, Erica has been in the fitness industry for over 20 years, with a degree in Health and Human Performance from Iowa State University, a Functional Diagnostic Nutrition® Practitioner, PMA®-CPT, STOTT PILATES® certified instructor, Personal Trainer Certified, Nutrition Coach, and Mom of three. She has morphed her education with her constant finding of research, and hands-on approach to teaching clients. Most recent writing for the Strength and Conditioning Journal about prenatal training.
